We're looking for a detail-oriented, people-focused **Recruiting Coordinator** to support our talent acquisition team. In this role, you'll be the operational backbone of the hiring process — keeping candidates informed, interviews on schedule, and our hiring team organized every step of the way. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR/recruiting career who wants hands-on experience across the full recruiting cycle. **What You'll Do** - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendars across multiple stakeholders - Post job openings across job boards, career sites, and social platforms - Screen incoming resumes and applications for basic qualifications - Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing positive and professional experience from application through offer - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Coordinate logistics for interviews (in-person, phone, or video), including sending confirmations and reminders - Assist with onboarding paperwork and new-hire coordination - Support recruiters and hiring managers with reporting, tracking open requisitions, and identifying process bottlenecks - Help organize recruiting events such as career fairs, campus recruiting, or hiring events **What We're Looking For** - 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, administrative support, or customer service (internships count!) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities at once - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Comfortable using or learning an ATS and standard office software (Outlook/Google Calendar, Excel/Sheets) - A professional, friendly demeanor — you're often the candidate's first impression of the company - High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) **Nice to Have** - Familiarity with job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter) - Interest in pursuing a long-term career in HR or Talent Acquisition
