In this role, your primary focus will be supporting our Robotics team by recruiting top technical and operational talent across the U.S., the Philippines, and other international markets. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams that power our robotics platform and help drive our next stage of growth. In addition to supporting our Robotics organization, you'll also assist with hiring for roles across our SaaS platform as business needs arise. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys recruiting across a variety of functions, geographies, and levels, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. This role follows U.S. business hours and requires close collaboration with hiring managers and cross-functional partners primarily based in the United States. Candidates should be comfortable working a U.S. time zone schedule.
