PMI provides digital and card-based payment and money movement solutions to businesses and institutions of all sizes across North America and Europe. **Our organization includes four key business areas:** - Corporate Payment Systems (CPS) - Merchant Payment Services (MPS) - Treasury and Payment Solutions (TPS) - Payments Europe As a Recruiter supporting PMI, you will partner closely with business leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent across a variety of functions, including Sales, Product Management, Relationship Management, Payment Solutions, Strategy, Operations, and other specialized roles. Responsible for supporting business objectives through proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent for U.S. Bancorp positions, with limited assistance from outside agencies. Identifies candidates using a variety of sources and techniques while knowing the best channels to find and reach candidates in diverse talent pools. Drives recruiting process in a timely and cost-effective manner.
