You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and partnering with leaders to build strong candidate pipelines that directly impact organizational growth and hiring success. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: - Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and role requirements while providing guidance on recruiting best practices - Proactively source and engage active and passive candidates through professional networks, social platforms, recruiting technologies, and targeted outreach strategies - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring a positive and transparent candidate experience - Develop and analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends, track performance, and support continuous improvement across Talent Acquisition - Represent and promote the KE employer brand at networking events, career fairs, and throughout candidate interactions - Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates to support long-term talent pipeline development ## Qualifications **What You Bring** You’re someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right. Successful candidates typically bring: - 2–4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or enterprise-level hiring - Experience managing high-volume or complex recruiting initiatives - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred - Strong understanding of hiring best practices and candidate experience strategies - Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies - Strong relationship-building, communication, and collaboration skills - Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and translate data into actionable insights - Tech-savvy with experience in social recruiting and modern sourcing strategies - Experience in proactive sourcing on Indeed, LinkedIn, and/or similar platforms **Bonus Points For** - Experience in the construction industry or craft labor recruiting ## Additional Information **Pay Range** We believe in paying for the value you bring to the team, and we aim to be competitive in every market we hire in.
