Recruiter CommonSail Investment Group Position Summary: The Recruiter plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day recruiting process for assigned positions. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in Talent Acquisition and looking to build a strong foundation. In this role, you�ll focus heavily on coordinating interviews, supporting candidate communication, and helping ensure a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring leaders. You�ll partner closely with hiring leaders while learning the full lifecycle recruiting process.
