Overview: The Outdoor Activities Supervisor will be responsible for organizing, planning, and overseeing the execution of Outdoor Activities while reporting to the Director of Recreation. Responsibilities: Know and share information about the resort and activities, demonstrate this knowledge by accurately communicating daily events, hours of operation and resort/activity information to our guests and employee partners Work with Director of Recreation to ensure excellence and quality in service and products/offerings as well as drive revenue in all activities on property. Direct and lead Outdoor activities staff ensuring the vision is understood and executed. Create and update SOP’s for all activities. Supervise and orchestrate all Outdoor Activities and equipment involved. Work with Director of Recreation on scheduling staff for Team Building and group events. Work with Director of Recreation scheduling Outdoor Activities staff. Assist with development of new programs. Create and update MOS checklist for Outdoor Activities. Work with Associate Services on recruiting and training. Inspect all Activity Vehicles daily – entering any issues in Synergy Understand the financial goals of Omni and how it relates to the Trilogy Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR requirements CPR, AED and Basic First Aid certification or willing to obtain Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and occasional evenings. Must be willing and able to work in unfavorable weather.
