## Overview The Canadian Damage Recovery Unit team has two exciting opportunities for the position of **full-time Recovery Specialist (Level 1)**. **ABOUT THE ROLE** The Recovery Specialist will work independently to investigate rental vehicle damage claims and negotiate with and collect damages from responsible parties. The Recovery Specialist position is a wonderful opportunity for an individual who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, problem solving, organization, and negotiation. **This is a 40 hour per week, work from home position. Hours will be within 7:30am - 7pm Eastern Standard time, Monday - Friday.** ## Responsibilities **RESPONSIBILITIES** The ideal candidate will be able to do the following: - Review files and determine collection strategies. - Initiate appropriate contact by telephone, letters and emails to responsible individuals - Maintain accurate account of collections activity and incoming payments and follow-up process - Successfully manages conflict during difficult or emotional situations and effectively communicates with individuals related to a claim. - Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. ## Qualifications **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** - Must be a current Canadian employee in C1, C2, C3, C5, CC or V4 based in Ontario or Alberta - Must be a current CSR/MT or Level I equivalent, with a minimum of one year experience at Enterprise and at least 6 months in their current role - Must be proficient in MS Office Products - Risk experience at Enterprise is an asset - Must have at least a minimum of "meets requirements" on last two performance reviews and not be on written corrective action in the past 12 months - Must have a discussed this opportunity with your supervisor and Level 3 manager of your intent to apply for this position. **QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST ALSO POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/COMPETENCIES** - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines/goals - Autonomous and able to work with minimal supervision - Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality - Ability to solve problems - Attention to detail and organization **TO APPLY** **Please apply and submit your Talent Card and last two full Performance reviews to Susan Ball and Charlie Lesperance.** If you have any questions regarding this opportunity, contact **Charlie Lesperance**. **DEADLINE**: This position will close on **Thursday July 23, 2026 at 4:00pmEST**
