Deliver exceptional customer experiences.** We’re looking for a **Reconstruction Project Manager** who can take full ownership of projects—from initial estimate to final walkthrough—while delivering top-tier service to every customer. What You’ll Do - Own the **entire project lifecycle** from estimate through completion - Evaluate, sell, and negotiate reconstruction projects with customers and clients - Create and manage **project schedules, budgets, and timelines** - Write and manage scopes using **Xactimate** - Coordinate and oversee **multiple subcontractors and vendors** - Visit job sites daily to ensure progress, quality, and safety - Maintain clear, consistent communication with customers and all stakeholders - Ensure permits, documentation, and subcontractor compliance are up to date - Perform final walkthroughs to guarantee **customer satisfaction** What You Bring - Proven experience in **reconstruction, restoration, or construction project management** - Strong working knowledge of **Xactimate (required)** - Excellent customer service and relationship management skills - Ability to manage **multiple projects simultaneously** - Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills - Experience managing subcontractors and budgets Work Environment - Active, hands-on role with time spent both in the field, in office, and driving between job sites - Exposure to outdoor conditions (including heat) - Physical activity including climbing ladders, working at heights, and navigating tight spaces Why Join Us? - Competitive compensation - Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays - Dental & Vision Insurance - Company-provided uniforms - Opportunity to grow with a fast-moving, team-oriented company **Local candidates only** – this is an on-site role requiring travel to local job sites.
