Evaluate and sell projects. b. Educate customers on process. **2.** Project Planning a. Identify and document project scope of work. b. Review estimates. c. Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate. d. Review budgets. **3.** Project Execution a. Create project schedule and timeline. b. Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers. c. Negotiate terms and set expectations. d. Perform periodic reviews to evaluate their performance. **4.** Staff Management a. This position frequently requires long hours, working on-call, and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local.
