This role requires a strategic leader with strong operational discipline, deep restoration construction knowledge, and the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team. You will be accountable for performance across **core and large-loss reconstruction**, including operational execution, client/stakeholder outcomes, and departmental financial results. **Class A or Class B Contractors License is required.** **Key Responsibilities:** **Operational Leadership & Execution** - Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of all reconstruction projects (core and large loss) - Direct daily operations and ensure effective scheduling, labor planning, and equipment management - Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards - Conduct site inspections and enforce compliance with IICRC, OSHA, and applicable building codes ## Financial & Project Management - Own departmental **P&L** and gross margin performance - Develop and monitor budgets, costs, and change orders - Ensure subcontractor management and labor efficiency - Review and approve scopes and estimates using **Xactimate** (Dash/Albi experience is a plus) ## Client & Stakeholder Management - Serve as escalation point for clients, adjusters, insurers, consultants, and external partners - Manage and coordinate with all project stakeholders - Communicate proactively to prevent issues and resolve escalations professionally - Strengthen relationships that drive repeat and referral business ## Team Leadership & Development - Recruit, train, lead, and develop a high-performing team (PMs, estimators, coordinators, technicians) - Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance reviews - Lead safety/process/performance meetings and reinforce accountability ## Compliance, Quality & Safety - Implement and maintain safety protocols; ensure OSHA compliance and strong…
