May schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars. May have access or schedule staff vacation within the department. May collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries. **Qualifications** High school diploma or equivalent preferred At least one year of applicable experience preferred.
