## **Position:** *Receptionist* **The Palmettos of Garden City** is looking for a professional, welcoming **Receptionist** to be the face of our community. If you are highly organized, great with people, and looking for a rewarding role with a national leader in senior care, we want to hear from you. ##### **What You’ll Do:** - **First Impressions:** Greet visitors warmly and manage our multi-line phone system with a professional, helpful tone. - **Administrative Support:** Assemble admission packages, organize files, sort mail, and type correspondence. - **Basic Financials:** Handle petty cash, process receipts for general and trust accounts, and manage meal ticket sales. ##### **What We’re Looking For:** - High school diploma or equivalent. - Fast, accurate typing skills (**45+ WPM**). - Exceptional communication skills and a pleasant, professional phone presence. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality. ##### **Why NHC?** We are proud partners of the National HealthCare Corporation (NHC).
