**Job Title:** **Receiving Coordinator** **Location: Cleveland, OH** **Business Unit: Team Wendy -** **17000 Saint Clair, Cleveland OH 44110** **Purpose of Position** The Receiving Coordinator is responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant receipt of all inbound materials to Team Wendy. This role ensures incoming shipments are verified against purchase orders, properly labeled and transacted in IFS and Tulip, routed through required quality inspections, and made available to production without delay. The Receiving Coordinator plays a critical role in inventory accuracy, supplier compliance, and overall operational flow. **Receiving & Inventory Control** - - Receive all inbound shipments and verify materials, quantities, and condition against purchase orders. - - Accurately record receipts in IFS on the same day materials are received. - - Generate and apply Team Wendy and Tulip labels as required. - - Maintain accurate inventory locations and records. **Quality & Compliance Coordination** - - Route materials through required quality inspections, including QRI5. - - Verify Certificates of Conformance (CoC), Certificates of Analysis (CoA), and required documentation. - - Ensure materials are not released until all requirements are met. **Logistics & Cross‑Functional Coordination** - - Communicate discrepancies with Purchasing and Production. - - Coordinate inbound freight and supplier communication. **Process Adherence & Continuous Improvement** - Follow documented work instructions and standard work. - Support audits, cycle counts, and continuous improvement initiatives. **Qualifications** **Required** - - High school diploma or equivalent required. - - 1-2 years Experience in receiving, warehousing, or manufacturing required. - - ERP system experience (IFS preferred); Tulip experience a plus. - - Strong attention to detail and communication skills. **Preferred** - Experience with CMMS or ERP systems (e.g., IFS, SAP, Maximo, or similar) - 3-5 years Experience in receiving, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred. **About Avon Technologies:** We design and produce life-critical personal protection solutions for the world’s militaries and first responders.
