The Realty Specialist performs tasks including acquisition by lease, acquisition of property interests, compliance inspections and inventory activities, disposal and transfer of property out of federal ownership, and preparation of documents, records research, and data management in support of those activities. The Realty Specialist provides guidance to other agencies and state and local governments on property acquisition, manages federally controlled property, leases space to non-federal entities, and manages such leases in accordance with applicable federal regulations. | | | --- |
