Qualifications Education: · High School diploma or equivalent · Graduate of AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology License: · Current & Active American Registry of Radiologic Technologies (ARRT) Certificate · Current BLS certification Required Experience: · Two to five years’ experience specific to surgical radiological exam · Ortho and Spine experience required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: · Demonstrates responsibility for the care and safety of patients undergoing treatment and use of equipment to minimize hazards of electric shock, burns and extraneous radiation to patients · Demonstrates ability to assess data, prioritize care, and plan interventions dependent on the age group of the population served. · Demonstrates ability to discuss treatment/service and to provide education information to patients/families in age group served · Ability to utilize Electronic Healthcare Record for patient documentation.
