About the Role We're seeking an experienced Radiation Therapist to join a respected health system in Alaska on a three-year contract, delivering safe, precise radiation therapy as part of a dedicated oncology team. Key Responsibilities Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments accurately and safely Position patients precisely for treatment delivery, ensuring comfort throughout Operate and monitor linear accelerators and related treatment equipment Collaborate closely with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and nursing staff Maintain detailed treatment records and monitor patient response to therapy Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines Requirements Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy (Australia, Canada, or USA for equivalency) ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (or eligibility in progress) Minimum 24 months of recent radiation therapy experience English proficiency (certification or native fluency) Willingness to relocate to Alaska for a minimum of 3 years Our Commitment Espirita fosters an inclusive, respectful, and diverse workplace.
