Legend Biotech is seeking a R&D Manager Leadership Development Program, Solid Tumor Sr. Scientist as part of the R&D Leadership Development Program based in Philadelphia, PA. Role Overview The Early Career Leadership Program at Legend Biotech is a strategic, enterprise-focused development experience designed to accelerate the growth of high-potential professionals early in their careers. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of our in vivo CAR-T platform and pipeline by leveraging expertise in cellular immunotherapy, virology, and immunology. Key Responsibilities Participate in solid tumor team’s routine drug development candidate selection to support pipeline development. Participate in the development of new in-house enabling technology for solid tumor, including new armor design and testing, in vitro model development, assay development, single cell characterization. Propose new initiatives for solid tumor in vivo CAR-T and work with cross-functional team for execution. Requirements Recent PhD graduate (within the last 5 years) in Biological Sciences, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Cell Biology, or related life sciences discipline. 2-3 years of research experience (academic or industry); life sciences or translational research experience preferred.
