The Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) Manager assists with supervising and running the day-to-day operations of the QSR counters. Reports directly to the QSR General Manager and Assistant General Manager and supervises the QSR staff of service leads, baristas and sales associates. - Maintains a steady leadership presence on the floor, interacting with guests, team members and vendors to ensure Eataly’s operations are running smoothly and high hospitality standards are met - Collaborates closely with the QSR GM and AGM on certain aspects of management including administrative and financial duties - Trains, motivates, mentors and organizes team members - Estimates food and beverage needs, and requisitions or purchases food, beverage, supplies and equipment; receives and checks orders to ensure that they adhere to specifications - Monitors inventory, checks orders and distributes supplies as needed throughout the department - Manages transactions and ensures accurate accounting - Records shift notes and assists with administrative duties such as scheduling when needed - Ensures department complies with all quality, health, safety and sanitation standards - Documents, investigates and resolves employee and guest incidents - Performs other duties as required or assigned Salary for this role: -$65k-$75k ## Qualifications - High school graduate or equivalent; post-secondary degree preferred - 2+ years of lead or supervisory experience in food service - Math skills and ability to handle money accurately - Strong knowledge of steps of service - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of coffee and coffee production - Knowledge of Italian cuisine and beverage preferred - Knowledge of leading a team of 15+ members - Knowledge of scheduling **Job Requirements** - Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends and holidays - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting - Ability to operate equipment such as manual espresso machine, drink blender, and cash register ## Additional Information - Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance - Paid Time Off - Paid Parental Leave - 401K with match or RRSP - Bonus program - Free family meal daily - Discounts at Eataly - Classes on products and Italian cuisine - Referral bonus program - and more!
