Quick Lube Technician

**Job Summary**: We are looking for a Quick Lube Technician to join our growing team! The preferred candidate will have prior experience as a lube Technician in a dealership or quick oil change environment. For those looking for an automotive service career, this is a great opportunity to receive company paid training and advancement. **Benefits** - Competitive pay - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Life insurance - 401k - PTO - Employee discounts - Career growth opportunities **Responsibilities** - Test primary electrical systems using state of the art test equipment. - Visually inspect normal wear items and document condition. - Tire rotation, pressure setting and measuring tread depth. - Install a new oil drain plug, filter and oil. - Maintain a clean and safe work area. - Assist line Technicians on an as needed basis. - Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks **Qualifications** - Effective analytical and communication skills with a desire for growth and improvement. - Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications - Ability to learn to operate electronic diagnostic equipment - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record **About Us:** Headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, with two stores in Michigan, Serra Automotive Group is one of the Top 150 automotive dealer groups in the nation.
