We’re seeking a motivated and dependable Quick Lane Service Technician to join our fast-paced Quick Lane team. In this role, you’ll perform routine maintenance and light repair services efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and thrives in a high-volume environment where speed, accuracy, and teamwork are essential. ### Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, filters, batteries, and fluid services. - Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings accurately. - Identify additional maintenance needs and communicate recommendations to the Quick Lane Advisor. - Operate shop equipment safely and maintain a clean, organized work area. - Follow manufacturer guidelines, dealership procedures, and safety standards. - Complete repair orders accurately and in a timely manner. - Maintain productivity standards while ensuring quality workmanship. - Assist with shop organization, equipment upkeep, and inventory control as needed. - Uphold Power Ford’s commitment to professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction. ## Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Previous experience as a lube technician or entry-level automotive technician preferred. - Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. - Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training. - Professional attitude and dependable work ethic. - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. ### Working Conditions: - Fast-paced shop and service drive environment. - Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and vehicle movement. - Exposure to shop noise, fluids, and varying temperatures. - Flexible schedule including evenings or weekends as business needs require. ### What We Offer: - Competitive hourly pay with performance-based incentives - Health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) plan - Paid time off and holidays - Employee discounts - Ongoing training and advancement opportunities within the Service Department ### Advance Your Career at Power Ford!
