About the Role This role works closely with the leadership team, and is the chief architect of quantum education, inside the company and out. In this position, you will build Alice & Bob's Academy from the ground up: internal learning programs that bring quantum literacy to every employee, a world-class summer school for doctoral researchers, and the long-term co-creation of a competitive master's degree in quantum physics with leading European institutions. About You You're a builder who has launched programs, grown communities, and created structure in complex environments — from academia, a research institute, a deep tech company, or an education-focused organization anywhere in the world. What matters most is a track record of getting things off the ground, the ability to earn scientists' trust, and genuine passion for making frontier science accessible. A non-linear career path is a strength here, not a liability.
