Quantitative Finance Coach

We're seeking an experienced quantitative finance coach to work with students and professionals pursuing careers in quant finance. This role includes helping students apply AI fundamentals and AI automation to modern quantitative workflows, as well as guiding them through the full career journey, including resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, behavioral interview prep, and technical interview prep. Coaches also support salary negotiation, promotion strategy, and networking strategy to help candidates land the right role and grow within the field. Ideal candidates have professional experience in quantitative finance, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to breaking down technical and career topics alike. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
