This role provides direct leadership to inspection teams, oversees quality processes across the operation, and promotes a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Research & Development, Customer Care, and Product Management, the Quality Supervisor drives effective resolution of quality issues, ensures compliance with quality standards, and supports process improvements that enhance product performance and operational efficiency.
