**About NCCO Brand Fulfillment** https://www.ncco.com/about-ncco/company-history/ **Summary:** Quality Assurance is responsible for keeping the press supplied with raw materials, tools, and inks to print the jobs. They are also responsible for quality control and keeping the production floor up and running. Perform other tasks as assigned. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to**: - Have full knowledge of all phases of label production - - Art capabilities - Press Capabilities - Finishing capabilities - Pull dies, inks, and cylinders for all jobs on the press schedule over the next 48 hours - Mix ink and make corrections to meet customer specs - Check the quality of the product throughout the production process - Ensure quality checklists are completed by employees and sign off on every job - Relay schedule information with press, rewind, and shrink wrap operations so expedited job due dates are met - Train production staff by demonstrating & explaining the use of equipment when needed - Give purchasing department: part #’s & pricing when requesting PO’s for parts & service - Order inks and cores weekly to maintain a just-in-time inventory - Help production employees to work efficiently to meet production standards - Recommend process improvement opportunities to management - Organize and reorder production supplies - Back up for production employees when absent - Back up for material staging, production receiving and production shipping when needed - Be available to work with customers or suppliers when necessary - Maintain the Production Warehouse so it is clean, organized, and safe for all employees - Assist the Management Staff on special projects - Other Duties as assigned **Qualifications/Skills/Abilities:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
