Come join us and become a part of our winning formula! **B Shift** **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** · Conduct daily auditing of the manufacturing and packaging process including acceptable quality limits (AQLs), package inspections for quality defects, check sheets, and other required documentation. · Issue batch records and labels for production. · Recognize and act upon quality events. · Initiate holds when a quality event occurs. · Audit manufacturing floor and logbooks monthly to ensure compliance. · Assist in product validations by pulling required samples and taking readings as needed. · Use electronic documentation systems for data entry and issuance of batch records. · Collect samples as required for retain samples and validation activities. · Collect samples of raw material and package components. **Required Qualifications** **Education & Experience:** · High school diploma or equivalent. · 2 year of manufacturing or related experience **Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs):** · Proficiency in Microsoft Office. · Demonstrated critical thinking and initiative with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. · Ability to work within a team on multiple projects simultaneously. · Hygiene/safety orientation with the highest level of personal integrity. · Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. · Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal staff and management. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. · Must be able to demonstrate practical problem solving and trouble shooting skills. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. **Preferred Qualifications** · Associate degree preferred with experience in a directly related field. · Prior experience with electronic documentation systems. · Knowledge of FDA and EU regulations and standards. · Previous experience within a cGMP environment. · Experience with AQLs, package inspections for quality defects, check sheets and other related documentation. **Physical Requirements** While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to talk and hear; frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms and climb or balance; and occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and push and/or pull up to 10 pounds.
