**Quality Manager 1^st^ shift** $75,000-$90,000 **** **** **Trulite** is GROWING!****We are looking for a **Quality Manager** to be based at our **Fort Worth, TX** location. The Quality Manager is accountable for monitoring and supporting the manufacturing activities to produce a quality product that meets or exceeds our customers’ expectations through continued review and analysis of quality and production process. **Who You Are:** - You are self-motivated, goal and detail oriented. - You can affect change through indirect leadership. - You are comfortable communicating with multiple functions in the business; line employees to executive leadership. - Defining quality standards, quality systems and measures are part of your DNA. - You enjoy the challenge of troubleshooting, inspecting, and testing materials to ensure quality specifications are met. Problem solving is a way of life for you. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills. **Skills You Bring:** - Minimum of five years’ hands-on “on the plant floor” experience managing Quality Control/ Operational Standards in a manufacturing environment. - Excellent project management skills. - Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills. - Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a cross-functional, dynamic, collaborative environment. - Actively pursue learning goals for added opportunities in growth and development in production and quality. - Skills to contribute to continued process improvement updating and writing new process procedures. - Experience creating and understanding of workflow, employee relations and processes through hands-on experience with production equipment and working with production supervisor. - Experience in training, motivating, and instructing employees engaged in process improvement, documenting, and recording activities. - Knowledge of glass fabrication, insulation, and laminating is a plus! **Why Trulite:** **Trulite** offers the most comprehensive benefit coverage in the industry.
