Monitors correct Part ID, Lot Control, labeling, packaging, and handling of all part numbers in the production area for conformance to Quality Assurance requirements. Report non conformances detected through Quality Technician and ensure proper ID, segregation, and disposition of non-conformance material. Assist with maintenance, verification and audit of Production Gauging and measurement equipment. Define lot and sample size to lines than takes randomly samples per each line. Layer auditing each line once per shift, to ensure that the proper essential inspection components and process are being utilized. Perform carton quantity audits. Maintain General housekeeping. Pursuing 5S’s Other duties as assigned.
