### Key Responsibilities: - Incoming inspection from external providers of products or services/processing (e.g., nickel plating). - In-process and final inspection of critical features such as witness inspection. - Compilation of final inspection sign-off sheet and report packages. - Verification that inspection equipment used to take measurements is capable of detecting defects. - Verification that inspection methodology is adequate per drawing intent. - Audit and validate the execution to the inspection plan. - Provide weekly reports of manufacturing sites ramp progress, equipment quality performance of the facility, delivery details by Data Center site. - Conduct periodic quality audits of the supplier’s factory, provide reports of results. - Drive closure of findings identified as non-conformance. - Ensuring supplier’s quality control system document the findings. - Provide customer witness for test scripts, including but not limited to Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for all equipment. Validate equipment is acceptable with no issues and compliance to the Level 1 commissioning process (Red/Orange tags) before shipment to the Data Center. - Be the on-site support representing Google. - Inspection of rivets and mechanical assembly - Ability to read diagram for wiring assembly ### Required Qualifcations: - Experience with inspecting electromechanical components preferably cooling systems - Welding experience and inspection techniques of weld integrity - 5 years professional experience OR 3 years with ASME or CWI certification
