This program includes tuition and student loan repayment! *#sponsored* ## Qualifications **Education:** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Healthcare Administration, or a related field - A high school diploma with additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree **Experience:** - At least 1 year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, autism, and/or mental health diagnoses - At least 1 year of experience in healthcare quality management, including direct care experience **Skills:** - Strong understanding of healthcare systems, quality improvement principles, and regulatory standards - Excellent communication, project management, and facilitation skills - Strong data collection and analysis abilities using computer applications - Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and make sound independent decisions ***Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization.
