Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to lead and coordinate the company's quality activities across subcontractors and suppliers in Israel and internationally. The role is responsible for supplier qualification, continuous product and process improvement, and ensuring end-to-end product quality. This position includes close collaboration with local and global subcontractors, electronic and mechanical assembly lines, and ownership of implementing a strong quality culture throughout manufacturing and shipping operations. Responsibilities include ensuring workforce qualification at subcontractor sites (including work instructions, training, preventive and corrective actions, and audits), reviewing and approving production deviations, defining quality improvement KPIs and monitoring their implementation, supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, monitoring engineering change implementation, ensuring the latest product revisions are used in manufacturing, participating in reliability and regulatory compliance activities, and generating quality performance reports for both operations and subcontractors. The role involves extensive cross-functional collaboration throughout the organization.
