You will be responsible for theatrical and episodic mastering QC, digital restoration QC, localized archival masters QC, and network distribution file editing. You should demonstrate strong attention to detail, professionalism, communication skills, adaptability, organization, teamwork, and independence. **What You’ll Do:** - Feature Mastering QC for A Title and Acquisition masters - Digital Restoration Services QC (pre- and post-DRS) - Localized Archival Masters (dual language) QC, including feature and episodic formats - Edited masters for a range of network distribution files ## Qualifications **Let’s Talk About You…** - **Communicates with ease** – Communicates clearly and effectively at all levels, translating complex data, systems, and operational dynamics into actionable insights and executive-ready narratives that inform decision-making - **Self-starter** – You are motivated, can work with minimal guidance, and can identify helpful resources to get the job done - **Impeccable attention to detail**– You bring customer requests to life by organizing the team’s daily work plans and scheduling commitments. The studio operations team will excel with your keen attention to work due dates and schedule commitments - **Cool Under Pressure** – You handle stressful situations with ease and professionalism while juggling multiple stakeholders and competing priorities - **Customer Service Champion**– No request is too big or too small, you put customers and our people first - **Juggler** – You know how to manage multiple tasks and priorities and move them all along effectively while keeping stakeholders updating and informed **What You Must Have:** - 3+ years of experience to identify film, video, and audio issues and troubleshoot quality control concerns. - 3+ years of experience High level of technical knowledge in film, video, and audio quality control for digital platforms. - 3+ years of experience Operational knowledge of UHD, HD, and SD file formats and players, with experience in ProRes and IMF workflows within a mastering facility. - 3+ years of experience with feature mastering and foreign-language versioning. - 3+ years of experience Knowledge of media files, including codecs, video and audio coding formats (wrappers), frame rates, bit rates, sample rates, video resolutions, aspect ratios, broadcast audio configurations, and electronic de…
