Conduct quality audits and inspections of loads, paperwork, products, and packaging. Capture, upload, and maintain load documentation and photos. Process UPS/FedEx shipments as needed. Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support departmental needs. Contribute to team objectives and actively support team initiatives. What We Are Looking For: Must be at least 18 years old. Manufacturing and/or logistics experience preferred. Intermediate computer skills required. Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Flexible to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Team-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 12-hour shifts. Frequently bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and perform other physical movements. Lift, push, pull, and move up to 75 lbs. independently or 150 lbs. with assistance. Manual dexterity to handle materials and products of varying sizes and weights. Strong visual acuity to inspect products and monitor equipment safety. Consistently wear and properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including heat, humidity, and cold temperatures.
