Quality Control Inspector Grade 1 Production

Almac is currently seeking a **QC Inspector** for our **Souderton, PA** facility. The QC Inspector will audit and inspect operational activities and outputs for compliance to cGMPs, SOPs, and other written quality standards. ***7am-3pm*** **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** - Complete in-process quality checks on products, processes, room layout, and safety to ensure compliance with GMP and Almac Clinical Services procedures. - Perform set-up inspections, including setting accept/reject standards, to establish quality criteria for each batch. - Complete area and equipment clear / clean inspections. - Perform verification checks of documents and clinical material upon completion of packaging activities. - Must be able to inspect material / operations within cold conditions (2-8°C). - Check calibration of balances and scales used in Almac Clinical Services. - Interact with Quality, Incoming Goods, Project Services, and Logistics personnel to address quality issues. - Assist in cGMP, SOP, and job skill training of quality control and other Almac Clinical Services personnel. **Qualifications:** Required Experience: - High School Diploma or Equivalent - 1+ year of Manufacturing, packaging, or Quality Assurance/Quality Control - Knowledge of function and purpose of Quality Control within a manufacturing environment Preferred Experience: - Associates or Bachelor’s Degree with Science background - Pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging, or Quality Assurance/Quality Control - Knowledge of Current Pharmaceutical Good Manufacturing Practices **What Almac Group can offer YOU!** - Full **medical, vision & dental** benefits the 1^st^ of the month after start date - **20 days** **of PTO** to start plus **12 holidays** per year - Company paid long and short term disability along with life insurance - **401k** company match - Professional development programs/ continuous learning opportunities **Want to see our latest job opportunities?
