Quality Control Engineer

### Job Description We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of **Quality Control Engineer** in **Dubai**. Our client is a reputed organization in the Manufacturing/Fabrication sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited. ### Key Responsibilities - Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections. - Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, WPS, and inspection standards. - Verify dimensions, welding quality, coating/HDG, marking, and packing requirements. - Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation. - Raise and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). - Ensure compliance with quality procedures and client specifications. - Use measuring instruments and inspection tools accurately. - Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues. ### Required Skills - **Quality Inspection** – Experience in incoming, in-process, and final inspections. - **Drawing Interpretation** – Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications. - **WPS Knowledge** – Understanding of welding procedure specifications. - **Inspection Tools** – Proficient in using measuring instruments and gauges. - **Quality Documentation** – Experience preparing inspection reports and NCRs. ### Preferred Skills - ISO 9712 Level II Certification (VT, PT & MT) - Fabrication or Structural Steel Industry Experience - Good Documentation & Reporting Skills ### Work Experience Requirements Relevant experience in quality control within fabrication, manufacturing, or heavy engineering environments is preferred.
