Quality Compliance Manager

The Task At Hand: This is the role that turns 'we make good products' into a system you can prove, audit, and stand behind. As Quality Compliance Manager, you'll report to the Senior Quality Manager and serve as the technical backbone of JuneShine Brand's internal Quality Compliance program. You'll own the day-to-day execution - leading routine audits and corrective actions, reviewing external documents, investigating supplier quality incidents, and advising leadership on matters of food safety. You'll also partner closely with the New Product Team throughout product and facility onboarding, proactively identifying and mitigating quality, food safety, and regulatory risks before they become problems. You're the company's go-to expert on Quality Compliance - the person every department turns to when product integrity is on the line. As JuneShine Brands continues to scale, this role scales with it - more products, more partners, more decisions that matter.
