We're hiring a QA Lead to own that number — and the team, systems, and structure behind it. This is a Quality Monitoring position focused on ensuring the right Drivers are taking the correct loads and abiding by the GH standard across the nation. This is an In office position focused on the entire nations supply chain network. **WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE** - Tracking compliance holds at 90%+ — consistently, not occasionally - Every shift (day, swing, night) runs to the same standard, whether or not you're watching - The team knows the standard, hits it, and gets coached when they don't - The metrics are clean, reported, and trending the right direction - You don't firefight the same problem twice — you build the fix once **WHAT YOU'LL OWN** - The QA area end to end: KPIs, SOPs, cadence, and accountability - Real-time load tracking across all shifts (day / swing / night) - Our TMS and tracking platforms as the system of record - Team accountability — check-call standards, coaching, follow-through - Driving compliance to 90%+ and raising the ceiling from there **YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU** - Have run freight track & trace, dispatch, or QA operations - Have managed a team or owned a function — built the structure, not just worked the desk - Think in metrics: you define a number, measure it, and move it - Know why a load goes dark at 2AM — and how to stop it from happening again - Are ready to hold a 24-hour operation to standard, night included - Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Benefits: - 401(k) - 401(k) matching - Dental insurance - Flexible schedule - Health insurance - Life insurance - Paid time off - Professional development assistance - Vision insurance Application Question(s): - Have you ever been a part of any supply chain ensuring the quality of its carriers/drivers for its loads? - Explain your experience within Quality Assurance and if it relates to logistics.
