ROLE SCOPE - Own QA across capacity delivery engineering: design deliverables checked before they hit the field, not after. - Build the QA program for a productized build: checklists, hold points, and acceptance criteria embedded in the reference design. - Audit vendor and field quality against spec, and drive nonconformances to closed root cause. - Feed every quality lesson back into the design so the next site can't repeat the mistake.
