Quality Assurance Coordinator Salary: $45,000-$47,500 The Quality Assurance Coordinator provides agency-wide support for quality assurance, compliance, staff development, training administration, accreditation activities, and safety initiatives. This position serves as a key coordinator for learning management systems, compliance reporting, staff training, quality improvement activities, policy and procedure maintenance, program reviews, and documentation management. The Quality Assurance Coordinator collaborates with program leadership, trainers, and support departments to ensure compliance with organizational, contractual, licensing, accreditation, and regulatory requirements while supporting continuous quality improvement throughout the agency. This position supports The Villages' mission, vision, goals, and objectives by promoting organizational excellence, compliance, staff development, and service quality. The Quality Assurance Coordinator will: Serve as primary administrator for the Relias Learning Management System. Generate, analyze, and distribute training compliance reports. Assist with development, maintenance, research, and implementation of training programs and educational resources. Assist with audit preparation, execution, and compliance requests. Conduct and support internal quality assurance reviews, client file reviews, and program compliance monitoring activities. Prepare agendas, coordinate logistics, and record meeting minutes for quality improvement, leadership, safety, training, and other organizational meetings. Serve as Lead Safety Officer for the agency. Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Education, Public Administration, or a related field. Two (2) years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, training administration, program support, administrative coordination, or related work. Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and reporting tools. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered. Preferred Education and Experience Experience with Database/Electronic Records (Relias, SharePoint, Teams, Adobe, Office 365-to include Word, Excel) Experience administering learning management systems. Experience with accreditation, licensing, compliance monitoring, or quality improvement activities. Experience supporting staff development or training programs. Experience in health and human services, behavioral health, child welfare, or nonprofit organizations. Experience with document management, policy development, and records administration.
