With competitive pay and benefits, stable work, and an environment that is caring and supportive, **National Beef could become your next career move!** **Competitive Wages and Benefits:** - Family-friendly benefits including Health, Dental and Vision - Paid vacation - Paid holidays - Employee meat purchase program ## Responsibilities **Quality Assurance Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to:** - Handle confidential and proprietary information and reports - Manage tasks assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager and Corporate Technical Services - Daily reporting and other duties - Daily filing - Assist with new packaging component changes - Answer phones and emails - Manage daily department time and attendance - Other duties as assigned **Schedule will vary based on Production needs.** **This is a safety sensitive position. This is an on-site position.** ## Qualifications **Qualified candidates for the Quality Assurance Clerk position should possess the following:** - UKG (Kronos) experience preferred but not required - Ability to use phone, fax, scanner and copier - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of production and management - Strong listening/comprehension skills - Strong work ethic, a self-starter with a positive attitude - Reliable attendance with the willingness to be at work every day on time - Good time management skills - Perform tasks accurately and efficiently - Ability to work as a team and also at times alone - Ability to multi-task - Computer knowledge, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the aptitude for learning computer programs quickly - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) is preferred Qualified candidates for this position will be required to successfully complete the background check. Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
