Benefits are subject to change with or without notice. **Quality Assurance Analyst I Responsibilities Include:** - Develop and execute manual test plans, test cases, and regression testing - Validate application functionality against requirements and expected workflows - Identify, document, track, and retest software defects - Assist team ensuring that software complies with software regulations such as DISA STIG and DoD requirements - Collaborate with developers and product management to clarify requirements and expected behavior - Participate in agile software planning, backlog review, and release validation activities - Perform user workflow and usability validation across web applications - Help ensure consistent software quality across releases and environments - Assist with acceptance testing and stakeholder feedback collection - Maintain clear testing documentation and release notes - Support continuous improvement of QA processes and standards - Performs other job-related duties as assigned **Quality Assurance Analyst I Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:** - **E**xperience with healthcare, government, or regulated environments - Familiarity with Angular, Node.js, or API-based applications - Experience with regression testing and release validation - Exposure to automated testing tools or scripting, including AI-enhanced tooling to improve breadth and quality of testing - Understanding of user acceptance testing (UAT) processes - Experience testing modern web applications - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to clearly document defects and reproduce issues - Familiarity with Agile software development processes - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently while coordinating across teams - Experience with issue tracking systems such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar - Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal **Company Information:** **Cherokee Nation Integrated Health (CNIH)** is a part of Cherokee Federal – the division of tribally owned federal contracting companies owned by Cherokee Nation Businesses.
