They provide person-centered support and oversight in the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized service plans for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Leverage expertise in behavioral health, program coordination, and interdisciplinary collaboration to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for individuals served. ## Requirements **Education/Experience Requirements** Ø Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Human Services or education and two years’ supervisory experience required. Ø Supervisory experience is essential. Ø One year experience with persons with developmental disabilities. Ø The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ø Ability to effectively present information in one-on one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. **Competency Requirements** Ø Ability to manage others. Ø Ability to multi-task. Ø Effective time management skills. Ø Professional interpersonal skills. Ø Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ø Strong analytical skills. Ø Strong business acumen. Ø Strong ethical conduct. Ø Strong leadership skills. **Physical Requirements** Ø Frequent walking and sitting. Ø Regular reaching, grasping, and standing. Ø Other physical activities related to an office environment. Ø Operates general office equipment, including multi-line phone, fax machine, printer, copier, and personal computer. Ø Ability to lift 50 lbs.
