You will play a key role in establishing testing standards, improving QA processes, and ensuring high-quality software delivery across teams. You will join an environment focused on continuous improvement, advanced technologies, and building reliable solutions at scale. ### Accountabilities As a QA Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading quality initiatives, defining testing strategies, and ensuring governance across software development processes. - Define and continuously evolve Quality Assurance strategies for products and projects. - Establish quality processes, activities, and standards for new product releases and regression validation. - Lead initiatives to strengthen and promote a culture of quality across engineering and product teams. - Collaborate with QA leadership to prioritize test automation initiatives and regression testing strategies. - Define quality metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor product quality and performance. - Evolve test automation frameworks and implement AI-powered solutions to improve productivity and software quality. - Drive continuous improvements across QA processes, methodologies, and tools. - Adapt and enhance test management solutions according to project requirements. - Guide technical and multidisciplinary teams on software quality best practices. - Support the definition of functional, non-functional, performance, and load testing strategies. - Ensure quality governance throughout the entire software development lifecycle. ## **Requirements** The ideal candidate is a strategic QA professional with strong experience in software quality leadership, automation, and process transformation within complex technology environments. - Solid experience in Quality Assurance architecture and technical leadership. - Proven experience defining and evolving testing strategies. - Strong knowledge of software testing processes and quality engineering practices. - Experience with test automation frameworks and automation initiatives. - Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applications in Software Quality. - Experience working with Agile methodologies. - Knowledge of functional, regression, performance, and load testing practices. - Experience with Gherkin and behavior-driven development approaches. - Familiarity with Git and version control practices. - Experience using Postman for API testing. - Knowledge of IBM Rational Quality Manager (RQM) or equivalent test management platforms. - Experience defining, tracking, and analyzing quality metrics and KPIs. - Experience creating dashboards and management reports. - Experience evolving automation frameworks using AI-driven approaches. - Experience working in large-scale corporate environments. - Proven ability to support quality culture transformation and QA process modernization. - Strategic mindset with strong collaboration skills and a continuous improvement approach. ## **Benefits** - Remote work flexibility. - Opportunity to work with advanced technologies, including Artificial Intelligence and automation solutions. - Professional growth opportunities in a technology-focused environment. - Opportunity to contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives. - Collaborative culture focused on in…
