**QA Technician** **Duties:** Check production batch records for completeness Check every step in manufacturing of dietary supplements according to current in-house SOPs. Sample laboratory raw materials and/or in-process/finished products, as needed. Check production scales for daily performance calibration checks. Review all reconciliation calculations in production batch records. Identify and report any non-conformance. Notify Operations and Quality Assurance/Quality Control management of significant problems. Complete documentation necessary to attest to satisfactory completion of inspection. Aid staff in identifying equipment requiring calibration services and ensuring required tools and equipment have the proper calibration identification applied prior to use. Assist with in-process testing for all products and assure that results are within specification limits. Ensure all staff follow SOPs GEN02511 Personnel Responsibilities and GEN030111 General Operating Procedures and Personal Hygiene. Check and record all room temperatures and humidity data into the logbook; ensure that all devices are recording and set them up or remove/replace them from the rooms when not recording or not functioning properly. **Reports To:** QA Floor Supervisor **Required Skills:** Basic math skills Basic communication skills **Education/Certification:** A minimum of high school diploma **Required Knowledge:** Proficient in all MS Office products **Required Experience** At least 1 years of Quality Assurance experience Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual: Spanish and English preferred **Working Condition:** Quality Assurance Technician covers all areas of the facility and manufacturing.
