## **The world’s most advanced VPN, and a whole lot more.** If you’re a curious problem-solver who carves their own path, join the team behind Threat Protection Pro, the NordLynx protocol, and the fastest VPN on the planet—tools that put privacy, security, and control back in people’s hands. **Your impact?** Helping millions take back control of their online security, privacy, and data. ## **Main responsibilities** - Write manual and automated tests to conduct complex functional - integration tests to confirm that the acceptance criteria have been met; - Perform functional testing in web/desktop applications and back-end systems; - Support, maintain, and improve all related test documentation; - Report software defects and collaborate across multiple development teams to resolve them; - Work closely with product managers, developers, and other QA team members to ensure high-quality products; - Apply Agile principles effectively in day-to-day activities; - Advocate for product quality within a cross-functional development team; - Contribute to feature testing strategies and actively participate in QA Guild discussions; - Help make the release process as smooth as possible while maintaining the highest quality; - Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and support best testing practices; - Bring your own ideas and initiatives – there is lots of space for creativity and innovation; - Ensure that the product meets high-quality standards for deployment. ## **Core requirements** - Proven experience in quality assurance (with a stronger focus on backend and API testing); - Proficiency with API testing tools (Postman, Insomnia, or similar); - Experience testing APIs (preferably GraphQL); - Strong experience in test case design, creating feature test plans, and managing test execution; - Experience in performing regression, functional, smoke, and ad-hoc testing; - Experience with test automation; - Familiarity with management tools (like Jira, Confluence, etc.); - Quick understanding of complex technical systems/structures; - A desire for quality in each and all aspects of the shippable product; - Experience with Agile/Kanban (or similar) methodologies and understanding how to work in dev teams; - Good verbal and written communication skills, written and spoken English; **Bonus Points:** - Frontend automation using scripting languages like JavaScript or TypeScript with Playwright is a big plus (though experience with Cypress, WebdriverIO, or other Selenium/non-Selenium frameworks is also welcome); - An even greater advantage if you have experience with backend/API automation (e.g., NodeJS, Jest, Axios, Supertest); - Experience contributing to or maintaining existing test automation frameworks; - Experience with Virtualization and GitLab CI/CD tools; - Experience with Docker and containerized environments would be a big plus. ## **What We Offer** **Innovate with industry leaders** Work alongside global experts to build world-leading cybersecurity tools, impacting millions of users around the world. **Learn & grow** Boost your skills via our extensive training programs (online and offline) & other resources.
