This is a hands-on role focused primarily on manual and exploratory testing across APIs, user interfaces, and complex system workflows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, and proactive about identifying risk before it reaches production. You'll work closely with software engineers, product managers, and designers to ensure new features are thoroughly validated, customer issues are investigated efficiently, and product quality continues to improve. Strong English communication skills are essential, as you'll collaborate daily with U.S.-based teams in real time. In this position, you'll help ensure the quality and reliability of our platform through thoughtful manual testing and close collaboration with engineering.
