PURCHASING CLERK-2ND SHIFT

### Description *Position at JBS USA* Job title: Purchasing Clerk Location: JBS Omaha Beef Plant Reporting to: Purchasing Supervisor Essential Job Functions: - Receiving supplies into store room as they are brought in - Distributing supplies to individuals that are coming in for supplies - Perform cycle counts and audits as needed to maintain inventory accuracy - Verify physical counts of inventory identifying variances from previous day - Assist in maintaining chemical inventory - All other duties as assigned by Purchasing Supervisor or Manager Experience Required: - High school diploma or GED equivalent, preferred but not required - Experience working with inventory preferred but not required - SAP experience preferred but not required Skills/Abilities Required: - Knowledge and understanding of all purchasing and safety policies - Good phone etiquette - Strong organizational skills - General mathematical skills - Must have good oral and written communication skills - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office - Must be able to lift 25 pounds or more - Must be able to work flexible hours primarily 6pm– 6am- including weekends JBS is and equal opportunity employer.
