We are committed to quality, performance, and building strong teams while proudly living by our Core Values: Customer Focus, Passion for Performance, and Right People – Best Teams. **Position Summary** We are currently looking for a **Weekend shift** **Punch Press Set-Up Operator A** for our **New Hope, MN** location. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** - Complex setups with little or no defects. - Ability to manage multiple machines including automatic machines. - Knowledge of bend allowances. - Complex setups with little supervision. - Inspects work pieces for conformance to specifications and adjusts machine to correct errors. - Knowledge of using the proper punch and die clearances according to material type and thickness. - Cleans lubricates, and has the ability to do maintenance on machines. - Ability to manage secondary operations. - Assembles, installs, and aligns dies in press according to specifications. - Positions workpiece against fixtures or stop on machine bed or on die. - Starts press and observes operation to detect misalignment or malfunction. - Ability to operate a single stage Punch Press. - Ability to convert fractions to decimals and decimals to fractions. **Qualifications** - High School Diploma or equivalent - 2-5 years of varied manufacturing experience preferred - Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team - Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to the mission - Flexible and able to multi-task; can work with an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems **Lake Air Products Offers:** - Competitive Pay - Full Benefits - 401(k) Employer Match - Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday Pay - Gym Reimbursement - Tuition Reimbursement **Apply Today!** Join a company where your hard work, dedication, and growth matter.
