We are committed to delivering safe, high-quality work while building long-term relationships with our clients and employees. We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Position Type - This is not a Remote position. - This position operates in an in-person work environment. **Requirements** - Supervise daily operations on the pump station construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. - Coordinate and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks. - Utilize construction management software - Read and interpret blueprints to guide project execution and resolve any discrepancies. - Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high standards throughout the construction process. - Manage budgets effectively, monitoring expenses and making adjustments as necessary to avoid overruns. - Train and mentor site personnel, fostering a collaborative work environment. - Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and solutions. - Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all pump station equipment. Coordinate repairs and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. - Other duties as assigned. ## Requirements Language: - English (Required) Education / Years of Experience - Form Carpentry: 6 years (Required) - Pump Station: 6 years (Required) - Crew management: 6 years (Required) - Proven experience as a Pump Station Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry. Skills - Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings. - Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. - Solid understanding of quality control processes in construction. - Strong budgeting skills with experience managing project finances. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Licensure / Certification / Credentials - Proficiency in construction management software. - Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to provide documentation verifying employment eligibility. - Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license. Work Site Environment: - Ability to work in varying weather conditions and emergencies.
