The **City of Nacogdoches** is looking for a dedicated **Utility Construction Supervisor** to join our Public Works team. **What You'll Do:** **Lead the Crew:**Supervise utility construction, maintenance and repair projects, including water lines, sewer systems and storm drains. **Drive Operations:** Plan and organize daily work orders, manage budgets and oversee team performance. **Ensure Excellence:** Provide professional communication with citizens and champion city goals, policies and safety standards. **What You Bring:** **Experience:** High School Diploma / GED plus 2+ years of experience in utility construction, maintenance or equipment operation. **Leadership:** Proven ability to mentor staff and manage field operations. **Certifications:** - Valid Texas Driver License. - Class B Commercial Driver License (or ability to obtain within 6 months). *(Possession of a Class A or B CDL adds certificate pay up to $160.00 per month or when license is obtained including type of endorsements)* - Class C Water Distribution & Class II Wastewater Collection Certifications (or ability to obtain within 2 years). **Why Join Us?** Help us keep the city running smoothly!
