This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?” Role Overview he Public Affairs Events & Partnership Principal supports Coupang Taiwan’s public policy team through the planning and execution of public‑facing events, partnerships, and sponsorships. Working closely within the Public Policy teams and related internal teams, this individual contributor role focuses on delivering well‑run, strategically aligned activities that strengthen stakeholder relationships, reinforce policy positioning, and build goodwill with government, legislative, industry, and community audiences. This role does not involve people management, but requires strong execution capabilities, attention to detail, and sound judgment in navigating public‑facing initiatives. What You Will Do Plan and execute public affairs events, stakeholder engagements, and partnership activities that support public policy and government‑relations objectives. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure events and partnerships are aligned with policy priorities, messaging guidance, and compliance requirements. Manage end‑to‑end execution, including partner coordination, budgets, logistics, vendor management, and post‑event follow‑up. Support ESG, CSR, and community initiatives that strengthen relationships with government stakeholders and allied organizations. Maintain structured records and reporting to track engagement effectiveness and ensure consistency across activities. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in public affairs, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, events, or related roles Strong project‑management and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Ability to execute independently with attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment Professional fluency in Mandarin and working proficiency in English. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting public affairs, or policy‑related initiatives in a regulated or high‑visibility environment Demonstrated ability to design engagement platforms that resonate with diverse stakeholders, including government, legislative, industry, and community audiences Strong instinct for assessing stakeholder sensitivities and adjusting engagement approaches to reinforce constructive perception and goodwill Experience collaborating with PR, public policy, ESG, or external partners on reputation‑relevant initiatives Familiarity with Taiwan’s public‑sector, industry association, or third‑party stakeholder landscape Remuneration Monthly salary of more than NT$ 40,000 (To be discussed) Recruitment Process and Others Recruitment Process Application Review - Phone Interview - Onsite (or Virtual Onsite) Interview – Offer The exact nature of the recruitment process may vary according to the specific job and may be changed due to scheduling or other circumstances.
